Good value
I'm on keto but also running a lot, I use this as part of my pre workout on days I plan to run an hour or push hard. It tastes funky plain but I just mix in a stick of sugar free electrolyte powder and it's fine. Will buy again, on my 2nd purchase already

Helps My Nerve Pain!
The flavor is horrible. But I got used to it and drink it plain now. This brand makes flavored BCAA that tastes great though. I googled how to mix this unflavored BCAA. Google said mix with stevia and citrus for best flavor. I worked. It was not as good as the flavored mix, but it was palatable. I just got tired of the extra work before bed. I mix this in a few ounces plain and drink it down. It helps with the burning and little electric shocks I get from my nerve pain. I will continue with this product.

Good Gainz, Bad Taste
Mix it with more than just water and you’ll get past the taste.

Everyone is ragging on the flavor; I appreciate Nutricost selling this unflavored powder.
I tried mixing it with coffee and it was terrible. Then I tried holding my nose to chug it. I found that cold water made it more enjoyable, and I started to enjoy it. It's definitely not good, but it kinda grows on you.

Not really necessary
Come to find out, if you get enough protein, you don't need BCAAs.
