Pump doesn’t work, shame as cream is great
The pump doesn’t work! It pumped for one use and then it just pumps and pumps and nothing comes out. When I opened the bottle, there’s no tube going into the cream and the neck is too small to even find it if it’s come off. The cream is so thick, I can’t get it out of the bottle. Frustrating as the cream is really great, thick and softens my face.

Nice cream - damaged bottle
The night cream feel really nice and soaks in well. Problem is the bottle arrived 3/4 full and the pump not working so difficult to use.

Great cream and easy fix for faulty pump!
Great night cream and similar to those who also posted about the pump not working I found a hack! Simply remove the label completely from the base of the bottle to reveal 2 small holes. Stick a paperclip into these (I used a pin head comb) and push upwards.. this gets the pump going again!!!

Don't Buy .....
The pump dispenser is broken - the moisturiser is way too thick to pour out - and when you try to return, you're told it's not eligible for return ! Whilst it's not an expensive item, it's a point of principle so have been via Amazon Customer Services who have started a refund, so hopefully this will come through !

Broken
Pump is completely broken. I tried to get it replaced but it’s saying I can’t. Such a shame as it’s lovely cream. Feel like I’ve wasted my money now.

Useless
I couldnt use this product more than twice, maybe 3 times due to the inner tube disconnecting. I tried to use tweezers to pull it out but couldn't grip it! Same as day glow cream!
