I'm tempted to give this a four-star review for packaging and directions, but the unit assembled very easily, is easy to maneuver on the castors, and seems very durable. A couple notes on issues other customers have reported: 1. Trouble in assembly. This totally makes sense with the way the shelves are affixed to the beams. I was very confused the first time I ran into this style of plastic bracket. The brackets have grooves on the inside that are supposed to align with the notches in the beams. Make sure they're aligned with the end closer to the groove pointing up. These fit inside the shelf holes. The shelf holds the bracket together and the groove keeps it from sliding. Work from the bottom of the beams to the top adding shelves, making sure each bracket is installed correctly to the groove and snugly inside the shelf hole. 2. Trouble with damage to the bins. The packaging isn't the best. The shelves are not all bound together and so tend to slide in the box a little. There's no padding between the shelves/poles and the bins. Some shipping tape or zip ties to keep the shelves together and some simple cardboard to protect the bins could do a lot to mitigate this issue. My unit arrived without any damage, so I'm not sure how often this is an issue.

I bought one of these months ago to help organize my workshop. It was sturdy, had lots of storage space, and moves where I need it to easily. I have shelves, cupboards, stuff hanging on the walls, but nothing is as convenient as my Seville bin rack, so I bough another one. I even tried to save money by buying bnins from uline and using them on cabinet shelves. The uline shelves didn't work because they didn't fit my shelves nicely like the Seville system - there was lots of wasted space and my existing cabinets and the uline bins don't have the system that keeps the bins on the shelves when you pull them out to get something out of them like the Sevile does. It's a lot easier to assemble than most wire racks because you don't have to count rings to figure out where the shelves go. The whole assemble by myself only took about 15 minutes. The icing on the cake was the excellent customer service - when I was putting my second set together, I didn't see the caster wheels and emailed Seville customer service to ask them to send them. As soon as I sent the email, I realized they were probably packed inside the bins - and they were. Even though I emailed them telling them to disregard my request, they still got back to me right away thanking them for letting them know and inviting me to reach out again if I need anything.

Very solid racks. I bought them for my lapidary business and have at least 1500 pounds of rock on them. They roll and are very stable. Also, I had an issue with delivery and the shop took care of it right away. Thank you!

I ordered this months ago and it has been great to organize and see what I have. Holds a lot of weight and moves easily. Trays are thick plastic and very sturdy. Would definitely buy again!

I really like this! I got this because I sell enamel pins and I wanted to keep better track of my inventory. It wasn’t super hard to put together but you definitely had to hammer it in for some places cause it was really hard to push the poles through. But other than that, it holds a TON of my pins and overall the bins are pretty sturdy for being plastic. My only gripe is that there isn’t more bin separators for the larger bins. But that isn’t a huge deal breaker. I’ll probably be purchasing a second one soon for the additional inventory overstock!

Great product! My 12 year old put it together by himself. I regained some much needed space in my shop and I can find the parts I need. I'm able to roll it around to make space when I need it.

Gute "deutsche" Verarbeitung. Keine Grate oder sonstige Überstände. Wertig. System bei mir als fahrbares Regal im Einsatz in Garage, sortiert all den lästigen und großen oder kleine Kram. Maße beachten, teils abweichend von EU-Standards. So weit sehr zufrieden. Preis akzeptabel, weil wertig.
