This thing looked kinda flimsy when I saw it in the Amazon catalog. I ordered one to use as a ceiling mount for a fixed camera position. It arrived quickly (Thank you Amazon Prime!) and just in time for a video shoot. It's really easy to set up and what amazes me is that cranking one knob locks all the ball joints firmly in place. My impression is that this mounting system was thought out be someone who might actually use it. The camera I used for this shoot weighs about three pounds and the Uyodm had no trouble holding it in place. Don't go nuts and try to hang a big Sony broadcast camera on this mount. There shojuld be no trouble with any camera under five pounds although I haven't tested that. For the money, these mounts are sweet. I ordered several more. For the record, I'm not paid nor am I influenced by anyone when I write reviews for Amazon.

I use two of these to mount Aida HD-100 POV cameras. They are strong enough to hold the cameras vertically but it's a little hard to lock down the horizontal settings.

These worked well for my needs. I haven’t had to move them much since installing to know how they hold up to much movement, but for stationary situations, they definitely are nice.

If you can't flip your video in your mixer you need a different arm. Just barely large enough to mount my cameras on top of the arm. They are of good quality and strong materials but you might need something like a plate extender

Works exactly how i needed. Holds sturdy even at goofy angles. Not sure why I couldnt get a single pack, but whatever!
