Q: Are they biodgradable?

Biodegradable does not mean they will be flushable. Many items are biodegradable but only toilet paper, which is made to be flushed, should be flushed. Only TP is made to break down properly in a sewer or septic system; even facial tissue should not be flushed!

Q: Is this product manufactured in usa with products made in usa?

I believe so however I wasn’t happy with the size of each towelette and they are very dry
