Everything needed to install this, and more (extra screws, adapters) are inside the box. I fitted this relatively easily (I am not a professional plumber). The finished item is watertight, and produces significantly better tasting water than that supplied by our utility company. Frankly I am delighted with this product and the results, hence the five stars.

The difference in taste/texture of the tap water is massive, chlorine and chemical smell has gone. Water definitely tastes "softer" plain water, cordial and cooking boil or steaming, Tea or Coffee all vastly improved in taste, couldn't belive the difference. No lab tests etc from me but so long as it is removing the chlorine and the forever chemicals it claims to do then I'm happy. Friends have been round and notice the difference. Easy to install, make sure you use the ptfe tape supplied, had everything in the box needed to make it all fit, connected and being used within 30mins.

Quite a large fitting. But, once installed is just fine. Water tastes much better. Not as simple as it says to fit - it would be if you own a new uncluttered kitchen cupboard etc. in the real world, it took an hour.

Purchase this because we have lead pipes leading to our house have fitted them which was relatively easy and we live in a high water pressure area I was very concerned to begin when doing my research if this product would be okay with a high pressure water system I'm pleasantly surprised whilst fitting this I can see that the connections are very robust and strong and it's working perfectly. It's great to have a separate tap just for drinking water which saves money and it tastes good too. The only criticism is it's not very clear as to when each individual cartridge needs to be replaced for how many months

Amazing!! This will change your life, because the quality of water is noticeable Installation takes 20-60min,be careful and install carefully, and then next day check for leaks, because bits can be loose. These filters are fantastic, and ensure you don't drop as they are plastic and can crack, etc, and it's very specific equipment. Once you install, try this water, and then try tap water from other taps, you'll see the difference!! Lighter and no taste, brilliant. You can also order a test kit for water on amazon and test it. I installed the product but there is absolutely no difference between the tape water and water coming through the filter. The taste and smell are same for both. The solids ppm are 328 both for tape water and water coming through the filter. I don’t understand what difference does the filter make to the quality of water. I sent multiple emails to the support of the company but there is no response. Absolute waste of money. Not recommended

Bought this as my partner said was healthy for you so I got one before fitting taste like chlorine, after I fitted flushed it through so far taste great, great ATM but too soon for long term time will tell, I already have a water softener for pipes and other things so this is great addition.

Nach dem sehr einfachen Anschluss kommt kein Tropfen aus dem Gerät. Der Druckminderer wurde werkseitig verkehrt herum zusammen gebaut. Langzeittest über 1,5 Jahre Nach dem Abbau des gesamten Gerätes und zerlegen des Druckminderers und anschließendem richtigen Zusammenbau funktioniert das Gerät einwandfrei. Ich habe die Gesamte Filteranlage in den Keller verlegt und mit einem ca. 2,5 m langen festen 10mm verchromten Kupferrohr und einem separaten Hahn verbunden. So erspare ich mir die Kriecherei unter das Waschbecken und wenn wiklich mal etwas undicht werden sollte meldet sich mein Wasserfühler und es gibt keinen Ärger mit dem Wasser. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn eine Beschreibung für das Lösen des Druckminderers vorhanden wäre. Es genügt nicht nur die Sperrklammern zu lösen, man duß die Halterung auch ausklinken (geht mit einer kleinen Spitz zulaufenden Zange ganz gut). Die Firma hat sich bei mir gemeldet und eine Kompensation angeboten. Wenn diese da ist werde ich meine Erfahrungen weiter mitteilen und meine Rezension erweitern. Nachtrag am 17.8.22 Die Firma FRIZZLIFE hat mir gratis ohne zu zögern einen kompletten Satz Filter zukommen lassen. Das ist allemal sehr anständig. Nachtrag am 6.6.2023 Das Gerät ist nun seit 10 Monaten in Betrieb. Es funktioniert einwandfrei und das Wasser hat einen sehr guten Geschmack. Zur Absicherung habe ich noch einen funkgesteuerten Magnetschalter in die Zuflussleitung gebaut. Jetzt kann nichts mehr passieren. Nachtrag am 10.8.2023 Da ich nur ca. 1000 l in Jahr mit meinem separten Hahn zapfe, habe ich die 1. Kartusche nun nach 12 Monaten gewechselt. Wechsel in 5 Min. ohne große Sauerei. Funktioniert mit dem beigepackten Schlüssel ohne Probleme. Ich kann das Gerät nur empfehlen. Nachtrag am 8.01.2024 Habe heute die restlichen 2 Kartuschen ausgewechselt. Einfacher Wechsel ohne Probleme. Ich persönlich bin der Meinung: Wenn man nur ca. 1000 l im Jahr zapft, dann kann man getrost den Wechsel auf 1,5 Jahre ausdehnen. Ich lasse bei jedem zapfen (1,5) Flasche erst einmal gut einen halben liter ablaufen. Dann bin ich sicher, dass kein stehendes Wasser mehr in den Kartuschen steht. Ich habe mir die Kartuschen genauer angesehen und werde sie, wenn sie trocken sind auch aufschneiden. Mein Fazit bis jetzt - alles gut.

I don’t care what anyone says. This thing is amazing! It’s literally exactly what I wanted. I was able to get filtered water from my main faucet without drilling the countertop. The water tastes perfect, and is definitely better than a Brita. Super simple installation that I was able to do myself. The hot water doesn’t go through the filter. In my building, it takes about 30 seconds for it to get hot anyway. So if I want to save the filter, I can just use hot water for things like dishes. It’s exactly what I was hoping for! The water flow is still great too. Doesn’t seem to take much longer than before to fill a bottle. No leaks either (granted it’s been 1 day). Everything I needed for install was included, except I used my own wrench.

Because my house is quite old, I wanted extra peace of mind about water quality, so I switched from a jug-style filter to an under-sink system. I looked for a unit with NSF/ANSI 53 & 42 certifications and 0.5-micron carbon filtration, and this model seemed to meet those criteria, so I ordered it. I don’t have a test kit to measure filtration performance, but the taste is noticeably different from plain tap water, similar to what I experienced with a jug filter. I also have a dishwasher, so I used a 2-way under-sink valve (purchased separately from Bunnings) to connect both the sink mixer and the dishwasher. It’s convenient to rinse fruit and vegetables with filtered water, and I also like having filtered water connected to the dishwasher. The installation was mainly straightforward. It comes with almost everything needed, and I appreciated having both long and short hose options. However, as other reviewers mentioned, the included reducer leaked for me. I tried the supplied sealing material, but it didn’t fully fix it. After switching to a thicker PTFE thread seal tape, the leak stopped. In Australia, it feels like a reducer is needed for the connection, but it would be even better if it could be designed to connect more directly without one. Despite that, I’m very happy overall with the system. One quick note: when you turn it on for the first time, you may see black water for 2–3 seconds, but it clears quickly.
