An accurate description.
Given the proper sleep of course. This can work wonders for your body to keep you awake! This is the only flavor of this drink that interests me though folks. I will order this product at least once a month (In a non-auto shipped way, of course)

C4 is good but overpriced
I like having some type of boost before heading to the gym and C4 is one of the better for that. The Orange Slice flavor is OK and you can often get it discounted. The Fruit Punch is by far the best flavor I've tried but is usually the most expensive. I like the energy that I get from the product and find it to be effective. The yellow bottles/cans contain 200 mg of caffeine and large amounts of Vitamin B. I have gone from drinking a full bottle to half a bottle before working out and that seems to do the job. My only watch out is to be smart if you are caffeine sensitive because this will stay with you for a few hours. Otherwise good product.

I wasted my money sadly
I was excited to try this being non-carbonated It is way way too sweet It reminds me of the orange stuff that you drink when you're pregnant and have to take the diabetic testing I took a few sips and I couldn't finish it so I wasted my money on a case sadly. I love the carbonated one it's amazing flavor but this is just way way too sweet almost like a syrup.

This is good if you want to avoid the fizz of the carbonated versions but something is lost in the formulation that I can't explain. It feels a bit too sweet and I immediately decided I would not buy more and go back to carbonated.
