Horrible product and what is worse is the Amazon customer service. It is virtually impossible to reach the manufacturer support. Basically you buy the item and if something goes wrong no one cares … don’t waste your money

Bought this in May of 2024 but wanted to learn how to use it before putting it on my dog. Finally got around to being trained on using it a couple weeks ago but by then, it stopped charging. You had to shove the charger into the receiver on the collar and hold it with a lot of force just to activate charging. I couldn't sit there and hold it like that for an hour or more each time so I check and it was under warranty (warranty is for 2 years!!). Just got off the phone with them and the process couldn't be easier. They're shipping me a new collar receiver that will be here in 5-6 days. Prior to this, the collar worked amazingly well and I'm looking forward to putting the replacement into play with my pup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their products and their warranty as well as their Customer Service

Absolutely amazing! This E-Collar is worth every penny, the proof is in the results. As I've literally bought so many over the years, and I'd rather invest in this brand vs. buy several cheap ineffective collars that cannot even solve my dogs behavior issues as they end up either not being strong enough or they rile up the dog (raise cortisol levels vs. lower). Pros: It's battery is absolutely amazing, it's waterproof (no need to worry if your pup jumps in the river for a dip), strong enough for most pups but does go higher if needed, has light functions and tracker, it also has amazing hypactic feedback and doesn't lag, can use pavaloni tone or tapping, not too bulky in size, but effective for off-leash drills or trips to the park. Best E-Collar I've tried and I have tried so many of them. This E-Collar is definitely worth every penny, it's easy to use, durable, and functional.

Reliability is why I purchased this but soon realized there are many other features I’d come to appreciate. It fits comfortably in my hands and I like that if it’s lying flat on a surface it won’t accidentally activate the buttons. The range is more than I’ll ever need but reassuring to know that it’s the last thing I have to worry about. I keep it on continuous mode and always use the vibration as a warning which is usually all I need after my Germain Shepard had a few experiences with corrections from the “e-stimulation”. So far the highest I’ve ever used 21. I rescued my 2yr old neutered male six weeks ago and know we go everywhere without a leash. I trained him myself by working on verbal commands with positive rewards and a prong collar to correct lack of impulse control in busy environments. Once we were solid and it felt like teamwork I graduated him to a 20ft leash and trained on that until the verbal commands were happily and confidently acknowledged and obeyed. Now he looks to me for guidance, play, and encouragement. The e-collar has given this rescue pup the freedom he deserves while also keeping him safe from unnesscary mistakes. The collar fixes nothing but if you work hard on training verbal commands with clearity it all comes together beautifully for a reward both you and your dog deserve. I randomly met a fellow off leash dog owner in a park where she too was using an ecollar and we didn’t even have to use our devices to give the pups consent to greet and then continue in opposite directions. Something about the lifestyle gives dogs a deeper respect and reward for being a team with their humans. One last note.. I purchased the jugabow brand and hated it once one of the buttons jammed. I was glad it didn’t happen while he was wearing it. For something we’ll use daily I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again nor would I waste my money on anything cheaper or more expensive. IYKYK
