Oh My Goodness!
OMG. These are wonderful. I am a chef. I spent 11 years living and working in Mexico. Saturday was the day for the "Mercado Sobre Ruedas, the local farmers market. I have not seen chiles like these since I came back to the States.They are fragrant, first-quality and obviously hand sorted. Every one is what you would pick yourself. I made Tijuana Style Birria today and all I can say is WOW! Highly recommended.
