Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic Book, The (Voices That Matter)

Brilliant Book. Taught me a lot.
I knew very little about Lightroom when I bought this and it's a brilliant foundation. I've found myself coming back to it time and time again to reread and get inspiration. One of my motivations for posting this review is that I've posted a rather critical review of another Scott Kelby book where the content is totally let down by the print and paper quality. This book gets it right and should be considered a better example of what the author does.

An invaluable guide for LR Classic users.
I have been relying on Scott Kelby's books for years to help me learn successive versions of Photoshop Elements and Lightroom. This latest publication has come at a time when I have just begun a subscription to Adobe's Photography Plan and here is Scott once again to show me the way. His inimitable writing style and the clear, comprehensive, step by step instructions make learning the new attributes of the latest version of the software a satisfying pleasure.

Uptodate Lightroom manual
Well illustrated and pretty comprehensive. However, there is far too much unnecessary side humour to his text. I don't mind humour if it is relevant, but in this case it adds nothing to the serious business of learning how to use Lightroom well, which is why I bought the book. Others may disagree with my observations and the book is recommended to them.
