Definitely Less Creeky
It’s like my joints got a VIP spa day, backed by some legit science. Capsules are easy to swallow, and my body’s definitely thanking me for the upgrade. If your joints are throwing a noisy party, this is the bouncer you want.

-Collagen : since this is 60 pills 2 pill a day its is good for 1 month supply and generally collagen is safe to use up to 4-6 months so this is the only bottle i will use. however, if needed next year or near future. i will buy this again! -Boswellia: can be used daily for up to 6 months -turmeric can be used daily up to 3 months -Hyaluronic Acid can be used up to 12 months con: -Bromelain: generally recommended for no longer than 8 to 10 consecutive days. So this being 30 day supply it is higher than the recommended dosage overall 2 pills a day with more than 1 ingredient i is helpful but tricky to mange which ingredients to stop. but i think this would be a better product without the bromelain. or have bromelain in a serperate supplement for those who need so take less than 1 week supply.

Takes Time
Consistency in taking the product is needed. It did not change overnight, but with consistency, I noticed the positive effects of joint ease and some pain relief.
