Saves my elbows!
I usually do 2-3 hours of Mitt holding a day. It adds up on my elbows. These paddles help a ton when I need to rest my elbows. I’ve been using them for almost a year and they haven’t bent or distorted like other cheap ones. And they’re super light.

Great Paddles
25 year Boxing coach here. These are probably my favorite paddles because they are short and don't flop around like the longer kinds. Just takes a little getting used to.

Me agrada bastante su calidad en la hechura, el plop que generan al golpear y parecen aguantar bien el castigo. Exelente opción para complementar las sesiones de entrenamiento. Cabe mencionar que primero compré unas cleto reyes que a las tres sesiones de uso se descosieron del asa, y el relleno se desplazó. En cambio estás llevan ya el doble de uso y se mantienen íntegras y parece que se van amoldando al igual que sucede con las manoplas

Very durable, high quality, “non clapping” pads for practicing kicks and punches. Just the right amount of padding to absorb impacts with a muted thud. Occupants in neighbouring rooms are not complaining.
