Unlike the most popular and more expensive grabbers available on Amazon, this grabber uses flexible springs instead of solid "fingers" to grasp an object which works 100% better than the solid fingers design. It also used a strong wire cable and not a cheap plastic cable to open and close. I tried the other models of grabbers first and they all broke quite quickly. Either the cable snapped or the finger broke off. I have had this model now for several years and it always works perfectly. It is able to pick up even the smallest object and also large objects. The perfect design. As an elderly person, I have bought several and keep them all around ny house. They are invaluable.

Great length and good grip. The little suckers on the end make grabbing things easier eg bottles. I have picked up a bag of sugar no difficulty
