I’ve had this little device after seeing the results from my sisters who’s a mom to 4 cats. I purchased mine last year (July 2024) and it’s still going strong. Keep in mind, poop does in deed stink, what this product does is after the cat covers their business tills eliminate the scent after a few minutes (I’ve calculated anywhere between 30-45 minutes depending on how bad the poo was). I never smell pee unless my lil monsters aim is off and pees out of the litter and even so only after the device stops working because it needs to be charged. Compared to other pricier options out there this is a good value for the money asked.

It makes noise and it seems to be doing something. I don’t know how much it really works. I wanna be honest.

So even though I knew it was only going to work at 80% efficiency in clearing odor from my cat litter box, I still had hoped for a better result than what I have smelled so far in this approximate two week window that I have given the device to prove itself. Considering that my one adult male cat generally poops one time a day (at the most) and urinates fairly infrequently, & on top of that, add to it the fact that I change his litter box daily by removing any waste and flushing it. Then adding an 80% efficient air-purifier/ odor-remover, you would believe that there should be little to no odor at all after adding this device, but I literally could tell no difference at all. And I’m not embellishing or trying to make anyone look bad, it just did not improve anything that I can tell whatsoever. I had considered buying the better model that is supposed to work at 100% efficiency, but after seeing the results of what it’s supposed to be able to do at 80%, I doubt there is much difference at all and think that would be an even bigger waste of money sadly. I have considered buying another unit to add to this one and seeing if that would do anything. But mind you, the smell has never been bad to begin with so I don’t know that either one of these units was ever truly necessary from the start. The main reason I invested in this device was for on those days when the smell is a little worse than normal or the rare occasion when I don’t get a chance to clean as thoroughly as normal. So it wasn’t a necessity purchase & I’m relieved it wasn’t because I’d have been sorely disappointed. Personally, I believe you’re better off just cleaning your Cat litter box daily and I believe you will achieve the same result as with this device.

I bought a new litter box on June 17. ( I only buy litter boxes with doors, it literally makes a huge difference) I set the whole thing up the same day I set up this device. Usually the litter I buy doesnt start to really need to be completely replaced till 3-4weeks later. It’s now July 14, and low and behold my litter needs to be replaced. The smell is def Obv now and to my annoyance the door broke off the litter box and now the smell is WAY more apparent. Perfect time to see if this thing works (while I await a replacement litter box) it’s been 2 days with the door off the litter box and the smell is bad. I do think the machine is working slightly bc I believe that the litter being open would make the smell in my room way worse but the smell is on the more muted side; so I believe it might be the machine (which is placed outside the litter) that is helping. I think it works to a certain extent. I’ll keep it bc i do notice a slight difference, just not that major of one. No harm in having it
