great for a rookie to learn how to work a bag

Love going to the gym for weight training but tired of the hassle hoping I can get a bench, or if someone else is using the machine/weights I want--gyms are too pricey anyway. I've studied Japanese and Okinawan martial arts my entire life and decided to return to my roots for fitness. Kicks and punches in the air just isn't the same as actually striking something, so looked around for a good bag that's tall enough for punches, but long enough for lower shin kicks. Am VERY impressed with this bag!! The seams are quality stitched and the covering, I can already tell, is VERY durable. The box was SEVERELY damaged (no fault of the company) upon delivery but the bag was fine (It comes in a heavy plastic protective sack). At only 50 lbs (without additional filling) I'll likely add more to it for added conditioning. For now, it'll work. The gloves are pretty nice too. The chains are heavy-duty. I uploaded a couple pics with it hanging in my basement and how I have it mounted in the rafters. I mounted it with this... "YZZHAJ Heavy Punching Boxing Bag Hanger, Wall Ceiling Heavy Bag Mount Wood Beam Hook, Heavy Bag Hangers Brackets 360° Rotating for Boxing Muay Thai Training, Aerial Yoga Swing & Hammock" also from Amazon. Hangs about 4 inches off the floor. I placed a 2x6 perpendicular between two floor joists then a 2x8 across four joists securing everything with 3" wood screws...that'll support any punishment I could dish out to this bag! Looking forward to training with this!!

It does not come with gloves for anyone who looks pass that other then that, a great product with quality material but time will tell. Would definitely recommend

Haven’t put it to use but very sturdy,firm and not to rough on the material when punching the bag without gloves. It would been nice if a little more full of sand

Came full. Performs as expected.

Had a bit of a mess up when we received the bag via FedEx, but they didn't deliver the chain and gloves as described. Contacted the seller and sent photos through Amazon to let them know what happened. Seller replied immediately and discussed the issue directly with me, then sent the missing parts at no charge. Excellent customer service and fantastic company who cares about their buyer and their products! Oh and the bag was pretty awesome quality too! Great deal!

When I first got the packs it was damaged, I reached out to the seller expecting to get a lot of run around but when I tell you they went above and beyond to correct the issue and priority shipped a brand new item. They responded within minutes and was truly amazing!! Gloves are of very good quality as for the bag while my original one was damaged still looks to be good quality can’t wait for the replacement and my bf have the time of his life

The bag quality is good but needs more filling as it felt extra soft.

En primer lugar comentar que el saco cumple mis expectativas al igual que los guantes y la cadena. Desde aquí quiero elogiar a la empresa B2fitness Ltd cuya marca comercial es RDX ya que tuve un problema con el pedido culpa de la empresa de transportes y la empresa vendedora estuvo en todo momento atenta solucionando el mensaje e incluso nos mandó un detalle por el problema que tuvimos. Todo un acierto comprar esta marca ya que cuando se produce alguna incidencia es el momento donde se ve la profesionalidad de la empresa y en este caso se portaron genial informándonos por mensajes en todo momento, tengo que recomendarlos 100%.

I'm very pleased with this. It is well made, and seems to be tough enough to withstand my home routines. It was excellent value for money. It does swing, so not sure what the "no swing" claims are about but I have no issues with it. Arrived in a very battered box and I was worried it was going to be damaged but all was fine inside. Also packaging was for a different bag - the type that goes on a stand - so I was worried I had been sent the wrong product, but no, all good! The gloves that were sent with it are on the small side - probably intended for teenagers. They have good padding around the knuckles but no wrist support so I probably won't use them. Would be fine for very light work or no-contact workout. I purchased an extension chain separately to allow me to hang the bag from an existing hook. The chains provided will work with a stand or purpose-built bracket. All in all I would recommend. It's not up to the quality or weight of the type of bag you would find in the gym, but it's an excellent option for working out at home.

Bought the 5ft bag so that I could have a decent weight in it. Fairly prompt delivery. After a number of sessions of beating the heck out of the bag, it is serving it's purpose, destressing and fitness. Overall quality is very good and just feels robust. One matter I will need to attend to soon is that the filling appears to have settled a bit (perhaps it's the pummelling?) so not quite at the top of the bag. I'll need to find a suitable material to top it up with. Definitely value for money as not expensive and feels like it will last quite a while. The gloves included with the bag are in the same quality bracket but used by the kids as I prefer the RDX Taekwondo MMA type bought separately.
