Locking gas cap
Use on my jeep. Can never be to careful protecting your gas tank from above. Key is a bit small, hard to get into key hole because of that issue. Big hands? Dont buy. But it is worth protecting your gas tank.

The cap internals fell apart on the First Fill-up today
This cap was something I was looking forward to considering the original cap (2001) was non-locking. The cap installed and removed when first installed. No complaints. But today when the truck needed to be filled up the filler cap failed magnificently. I unlocked and rotated the cap without struggle. Then surprisingly the locking portion and handle separated from the internal cap still locked onto the filler pipe.I tried reseating the external portion without success and then attempted to lock and unlock the cap---also without success.Needing to fill up, I pressed the external portion to the stuck portion held my breath and rotated while keeping positive forward pressure on the stuck portion--fortunately it came off. I had kept the original cap (just in case) in the truck and immediately replaced the broken cap.I brought the broken cap home and inspected it to see if I had somehow accidentally broken it. I could find no evidence of breakage or damage. It separated into three separated components. Locked or unlocked, I was unable to reassemble it.I'd really like to hear from the vendor. But until then, I recommend a different filler cap to anyone considering this brand.

Does the Job
It is slightly skinnier compared to the one on the Jeep TJ which is Chunkier, but it did the job as required. Easy to grip and twist, though it might take a bit of getting used to.The cap comes off completely unlike OEM which has a tether but again, for the price it more than does the work, of which I desperately needed.

The lock broke and we had to chisel it out!
The lock broke and we had to chisel it out. Wasted time and money and damage to the surrounding paint. It was a little tight when locking and unlocking and then one day, it just broke. We couldn't get it off and we had to chisel it out by breaking the lock and destroying the gas cap area. We didn't realized this could be dangerous, as I was out of gas and couldn't get any, which left me stranded. I rarely ever leave reviews, especially bad ones, but the window for a return and to work it out with the seller is closed. It didn't even last three months. So upset and disappointed.

Safety and Security First
The caps works. I had a problem with removing the cap so I had my nephew take it off and I put the old gas cap back. As a female I did not want to take time fighting with the cap in order to gas up. I could not get it to release after I turned the key. Too dangerous standing around trying to get it to open. I will try practicing to unlock and remove it later and at home in my driveway on a full tank. SAFETY AND SECURITY ALWAYS
