Q: How to you clean the dentures without the special tablets?

You can use any tablets, not any specific kind. None are better than the next brand. Even dollar tree ones work well. But you you have use it. Let them soak everynight all that food, adhesive cause bacteria and germs you need to get rid of everyday. Even of you soak in a bath of mouthwash and baking soda and water at least

Q: Does it hold while swimming?

Yes! This is the best denture adhesive you'll ever find. Just a thin line in the trough and a a bit on the plate will last all day & night. Eating out, drinking hot or cold, Secure can take it ! The tube isn't as big as other brands but it's ok because you won't use nearly as much. It stings a little at first but goes away quickly. TIP : denture and gums should both be dry. Get the denture ready, then, Just fold a paper towel a couple times , stick it in your mouth and bite down for a minute. Remove paper towel and pop that plate right in and bite down. Also push upward on the arch of plate with thumb. You'll be amazed at the fit. Secure recommends this way. I swear you'll have it on your repeat order list and you'll save money since a little goes so far. I swim everyday and not once has Secure ever let go in or out of the pool. Enjoy!

Don't buy this. It will not hold . I apply at 6am.eat breakfast at 7. Dentures come loose by 10am. Over counter at Walmart works better
