Wash clean the power puff. Dip some foundation with power puff, on the forehead and cheeks. Push from the inside perimeter foundation evenly to your whole face, with a little water can reach a better look.

Read Carefully before Purchase
It's soft does exactly what it's meant to do, texture is like a beauty sponge as in highly absorbant, rubbery, fine texture and soft. Expected a bigger puff than this. It's more like a beauty blender than a powder puff good for blending cream make up not as much for powder. It's not a fabric product if that's what you're looking for which I did, I expect like a traditional pillowy powder puff. Not what I expected but can't say it's not what it's promised
