Very tasty, not too sweet, very healthy
Bought these for my diabetic husband to eat for breakfast. They just arrived, freshly made 3 days ago. They are tasty, not too sweet, a little crumbly for a "bar" but that's ok because they have such healthy ingredients. They are a little pricey. They are a little high in calories for me (220...that would be like a meal replacement bar, in my opinion). The bar itself is thin and didn't hold up when I tried to pull it out of the package (crumbly). Still all in all, my first impression is good. (I also really love Luna carrot cake bars, which are only 180 calories and taste much sweeter, almost like dessert, but thought I would try these out after reading about them in the WSJ). There is no expiration date on the bars and it suggests keeping them in the fridge for freshness, so I will do that.

This is probably one of the most outstanding bars I have ever tasted. I had read about it in the Wall Street Journal and knew I had to try it. It tastes sublime and the purity of the ingredients cannot be beat. I highly recommend it.
