Working Since 2022 and severed Several Maggies , curries, and many more.
I don't know what PR is going on against this product it's so good i purchased in 2022 and it's 2026 and it's working great . Easy to use , travel friendly . It can also cook Maggie , a curry , sambhar. Best for travelling.

Disappointing Build and Inefficient Performance
The Havells Capture 1.2L Multi Cook Electric Kettle ultimately feels like a poorly thought-out appliance that fails to live up to basic expectations. The build quality is mediocre, with flimsy plastic components that make it feel cheap and less durable than competitors. Heating performance is sluggish and inconsistent, taking far longer than expected to warm or cook liquids, which defeats the purpose of a quick-use kettle. The multi-cook functionality feels gimmicky rather than genuinely useful, with settings that rarely deliver the promised results. Additionally, the size feels awkward — too bulky for compact kitchens yet not truly generous for larger jobs — and it tends to be noisy during operation. Overall, this kettle offers lackluster performance and questionable utility, making it hard to recommend for everyday use.

Best buy......no regrets
Best kettle from Havells. I am using it regularly for 3 years no issues till the date. Instead of agaro go for this one. Build quality is good and worth the money spent.

Okay to use product just keep a few things in mind.
The product is good, works fine just a few problems I faced... 1. The lid is made of glass thus have to be really careful all the time not to break it. Also from the first use there were noticable white patches that appeared on the surface. 2. The round shape top makes it difficult to pour out hot water... Tends to spill most of the times. A little change in the shape i.e adding an edge for the water to spill from. 3. Boiling water takes time.. not sure if that's because of the low power mode, but its too slow.

Provides a better quality and design than others
Very nice and handy multipurpose keetle...easy to use and very easy to clean...only thing while pouring out milk or water it spills everytime...I think havells will try to resolve it with time
