Why did you pick this product vs others?: Worked great while it lasted. Longer than or battery life. Unfortunately, this one died after only 2 months and now won’t hold a charge. Just needed it to last until the next pods pro launch. Ugh.

Works as expected. I would prefer a true Apple product but this one works

My apple air pods pro stopped charging the left pod. I refused to pay apple $90 for a replacement case so I settled for this one. For 1/3 the price of the apple case this isnt bad. I was suprised that my phone recognizes this as a case and shows the available battery life. It charges the air pods well. however the orginal case has 1 up on this one. This case has to be charged everyday or it will die. It does not have a long standby life like the original case. Also after 1 full charge of the headphones these will need to be charged

The charging case worked really well when I first got it but as time has gone on (about 4 months) the case is seeming to have issues actually charging my AirPods while inside. I think the case is not fully connecting to the AirPods when they are inside so sometimes I have to move the case around to get them in the right position. The case also takes a little longer to fully charge than the Apple case and doesn’t seem to hold charge as long but still holds for a decent amount of time. I’d say overall for a cheaper than average price point it’s a decent enough product.

AirPod case seems very cheap. Button doesn’t work on it and cannot pair to phone. It charges though. If your AirPods are already paired to your phone, don’t unpair it or you’ll be out of luck. case can just be used for charging purposes, not pairing. At least the one I received is like this. And I just got it today.

As of August 24: Stores and powers up my AirPod Pro headphones just great after my original Apple case quit charging. Works great on the QC charging pad or plugged in. AirPod Pro headphones fit perfectly and charge properly. The case is even detected by my iPhone, showing the charge status just like the original case did. But who needs that when the LED gives you a clear indication of charge status? Well worth the price. No need to buy Apple original. As of August 31: It appears the case is no longer charging the right-ear AirPod Pro. I was getting no sound out of the right one. Then I put them into a good Apple case and they charged up and worked fine. I am going to test some more, but as of now, it looks like the charger won't work properly. I will update upon further testing. One year later: It's been working consistently since that hiccup almost a year ago. Don't know what that fleeting problem was about, but it'w been great ever since.

The case had this grip that made putting protective cases on my AirPod case a nightmare. I put on one case, and i never been able to get it off. This Airpod is still very nice regardless, but it is also slightly larger than the apple case; large to the point where no cases really fit over it. The lid isn’t that sturdy, and those are my only issues. It works fine, but the battery life is questionable; but that’s my opinion. Everything else I said was my experience with the case.
