The first one I used, I had thought I bought a dud. It states you do not have to remover the drain plug. The snake just tore apart. I took the plug out and gave another one a shot. It broke up the build up and pulled out the clogs. So it is I.portant to note, you DO need to remove the drain plug. These are definitely a one and done, they break apart when used.But all in all, these are very handy to have on hand. I would purchase again.

This little baby saved the day, between two girls in the house with long curly hair...well the tub was miserably clogged. Draino didn’t touch it. But this little orange beauty released a revolting hair monster from deep within the drain. It was seriously disgusting. Even the cat ran away in horror. Have a glove or plastic bag handy so you don’t have to touch the slimy hair globs from hell. So gross. BUT i digress. Took three minutes to run it through a few times and now the drain is doing it’s thing and actually draining.

Cleaned out clogged bathroom sink. One of these little gems accomplished in five minutes what a year of poking with wires, pouring concoctions down the drain and every other hint possible did not come close to achieving. We were astounded by what we retrieved! Our sink drains like new. Plus these are reusable! We will never be without them again! Highly recommend.

I’ve used many other drain zippers before. This is the first one where the plastic is so brittle that it broke INSIDE my drain. Now I have an 8” long broken zipper inside my drain. The only way to remove it is to disassemble my tub plumbing.Buy one of the many other brands of drain zipper. Or since it’s so hard to find legit companies on Amazon for these easy-to-copy products, go to a brick and mortar store and they are likely to carry a reliable brand.

These are a cheap and quick way to clear minor clogs. They work well for getting those disgusting hair clogs out of sinks where the plug is not removable. We used them in the house we're renting and found all sorts of unfortunate things that had been slowing down the draining of the sinks and tubs. I'd recommend wearing gloves -- the little teeth are really sharp and can give you a pretty good scratch.

For the cost, it did it’s job. Not incredibly sturdy and I was concerned that at some point the plastic teeth would completely snap off and back into the drain with the gunk I was trying to fish out, but I don’t think any did. However, the plastic teeth did start to snap and had I not noticed that, I probably would have lost some if I went in for another round after that point. Suffice it to say, my drain isn’t clogged anymore. Either way, it’s a nasty and dirty job!

Soooooo easy to use and get the drains flowing again. If you have a wife or daughters and slow shower drains this is your pal. pop it in pull it out and a whole lot of nasty comes with it. Toss it in the trash and get back to the game.

I was excited to use this product but it is very cheap plastic! I followed the instructions and it snapped off down the drain, when I pulled up and twisted, only half of the plastic was left. I’m afraid to use it again after my first experience.

Just what I expected…

I am buying this for the second time. It’s a good quality drain cleaner. I use one multiple times and it catches so much hair and gunk from the drain. Easily reusable 4-5 times

Works great on my tub and sink so glad I found these they are a must have especially if ypubhave the plug that's attached to the tub and sink like I do

This did resolve the slow drain; however, it would take several snakes to properly finish the job. As other reviewers have said, the wee teeth break off easily.

Did not get any hair out of drain, and could not twist product like it showed
