This replacement ballast works as intended. While cheaper than what big box stores charge, they can be found cheaper elsewhere than on Amazon. My office overhead lighting had T12 bulbs and I decided to switched over to T8 LED/fluorescent bulb system which necessitated changing all the ballasts. I kept the ballasts instead of direct wiring them to maintain the flexibility of using either fluorescent or LED bulbs.

Ballast installs
The ballast installation went smoothly and they worked great. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone shopping for T8 ballasts

Ballasts
The ballasts work fine. The packaging was poor but they made it in one piece. Could have includer some bubble wrap to keep them from banging into each other during transport.
