Excellent quality for protection, compression and stability for elbow swelling
Just what I expected and my elbow bursitis needed. Excellent quality, soft neoprene fabric. The adjustable straps were easy to use and to get the perfect fit. The brace provides protection from hitting it against something, compression for swelling and keeps the elbow stable, all very important for heeling. The price is fair considering the quality and features.

Designed and works perfectly
First of all, reading previous reviews about fit and the straps…OK, people, first of all, there are TWO sizes. Read the directions provided on the product page about measuring your arm properly and then choose the correct size accordingly. It’s that simple. I don’t understand how people who said they have large arms ordered the S/M. Obviously didn’t read the directions and ordered the wrong size. Second, regarding not being able to feed the straps through the loops. Again, zero issue here whatsoever. I have no idea what people are talking about. A two year old could do this. The straps are sized appropriately to feed through the loops, zero issue there. Another tip - IF you have trouble putting this on by yourself, here’s the solution - feed the straps through the loops BEFORE you put it on your arm and then loosely Velcro the end of the strap to the brace (so they don’t slide back out when you put your arm through) so you can easily slide your arm through, put the brace exactly where you want it, THEN tighten the straps. Not that hard people. Don’t need mama or wifey to be there to help you. I’ve worn this for two days now and it’s a game changer for me. Have really bad bursitis from blunt hits and falls to my left elbow to the point where I can barely use it but I am building our home right now and work with horses so have to stay working. The slightest bump to my elbow, which happens many times a day, just kills it, so I tried to make my own padded brace but they don’t fit and stay in place well. Any I’ve shopped for at sporting goods stores or Walmart are simply sleeves with no padding, so those are completely useless. I’m a frugal guy so don’t like to buy something unless it works, is well made, and does what is says it will. And this fits that bill! Money very well spent. The fact that I can keep going about my daily work with some protection, peace of mind, and relief for my elbow pain (the pressure itself helps with that over time if you make it really tight) means everything. Lastly, this is high quality and made in the USA by what looks like a nice small community company. That’s good people right there we need to support. Awesome product, thank you for your product, and please make more for every body part because I need them.

Better than nothing
I got this because suddenly, my elbow (around the "funny bone" has started hurting when it's just resting on the arm of my recliner when I'm doing nothing! Bursitis. Research shows that R.I.C.E. is recommended. I don't think Resting is a problem. Icing the area does help some. Compression is why I bought this, and it just feels bulky to me. I feel like this would be helpful for other elbow issues, but it doesn't feel like it works that great for bursitis. The brace is very sturdy and well made, and it will fit a range of arm sizes. The reason I'm taking off a star is because this is recommended for bursitis, and I don't think it's great for that purpose. I'm keeping it because it does have some nice padding that I think will be helpful when I wear it to bed.

It's just OK...
I was looking for something with a large, thick pad to protect the elbow, and I found it in this brace. This product has that. BUT.... First of all, sizing: it probably fits the range of arm sizes they say (8"-14"), but for heaven's sake, measure your arm. I'm a slightly built man, 6', 200-ish pounds, who doesn't body build, and my arm is 13" circumference. This thing barely has any overlap on the Velcro straps when I'm wearing it. When feeding the Velcro straps through buckles, the webbing strap often gets caught on the buckle, and is extremely difficult to get it on with one hand. The hook side of the Velcro faces the arm, so if you're not very careful to center it on the loop (fuzzy) side, it will be like sandpaper on your skin. Plus the edges of those straps are very rough and will abrade the skin (this may improve over time). It does restrict motion of the joint -- which is it's purpose, after all -- but it does so because, when you try to bend your arm beyond a certain point, the ends of the plastic buckles dig into your arm, which is quite painful. I find that I must remove it to perform tasks like eating, which require a lot of arm bending. Also, since it must be fairly tight on the arm, it starts to restrict circulation after wearing for a few hours. In spite of that, after only 3 days of use, the swelling in my elbow has completely subsided, and the pain is much less, so it does work.

Bursitis Elbow Pad Brace
The company said they were an American company but sleeve was manufactured in China! Misleading . Sleeve has worked very well and swelling started going down in two days.

Bad design.
Pros: - the brace has nice padding and will protect your elbow from accidental hits and bump ins. Cons: - NOT designed to put on with one hand! I struggled with it for a bit, then decided to ask for help, and the second person struggled to put it on with BOTH hands! The straps are too short to try and affix and then try to slide your arm in—BAD DESIGN! - too large (even in a Small size) for an average woman’s hand. - too stiff—after about 30 minutes of wearing it my arm started to go numb a bit, due to the fact that the Velcro straps had to be tightened (see precious item about the brace not being designed for a woman’s arm).

Despite the description referring to 2 sizes, the product appears to come only in one size. Not had time to fully try it yet but it fits me and I would have been the L size. Appears to be well made.
