Great product. I have only taken half of a dose and had the full benefits. Lots of energy and ZERO appetite!

If taking correctly, this stuff does exactly as stated ! Makes the day so much more easier to handle because of the energy and focus it gave me. I just took two mid morning and it lasted basically the whole day for me.

Works great. Energizes your body and mind

These pills do work and quite quickly I might add. I’ve lost 6lbs in less than a week. However, at a cost; regarding the affects these weight loss pills are having on me. They make me very sick. I feel light-headed and extremely nauseous after taking them. And that would be ok if it was only for a few minutes; but for me this feeling last up to a few hours after I’ve taken them and on and off for most of the day. Therefore, also affecting my appetite. As in; I can’t eat when I’m feeling like I’m going to vomit. So I end up forcing myself to eat some crackers, and drinking ginger ale to try and settle my stomach. Although, I’m seeing results; I’m not sure if I can continue taking these because they make me feel so miserable.

I really like the Hydroxycut Max for Women. I have my specific reasons for giving this 3 stars, so please read on. I love that these have the added biotin, iron, and folic acid. I am not sure about the recommended daily servings for these. But, as women, these are so necessary and it's one less supplement to take. I have been battling with iron deficiency and hair thinning, so I appreciate this. This product, for sure, does boost energy, metabolism, and weight loss. I work out and follow a healthy meal plan. This product boosts my efforts up another couple notches. I have the energy that I need to push through workouts when I otherwise would not have the motivation. My issues with Hydroxycut Max and the reason for 3 stars rather than 5 are: 1. It does interfere with my sleep - even taking well before 5 hours before bedtime. 2. The directions says not to snack between meals. What is up with that??? Most people who are really into working out and following a healthy lifestyle eat 5 to 6 meals small meals a day. Some of which are considered snacks. Hydroxycut makes no clarification on this. I really don't think it's feasible to expect that people who workout eat just three meals per day. So how does eating 5 - 6 meals affect the results? 3. Red No. 40 as an ingredient. Why? Why? Why? This is known to not be good. Why ruin a good thing by adding this dye when it is not necessary. There are healthier alternatives. I am up in the air as to whether or not I will repurchase this mostly because of reasons 1 and 3. I will try taking this once per day to see if this makes a difference with my sleep. To be fair, I will contact Hydroxycut with my concerns which is what I should have done before I wrote this review, so I apologize for that.

For reference, most energy drinks except Redline don't affect me much. Coffee can put me to sleep. One of these pills is a bit much for me. I actually just got the version for women which is a lower dosage. I don't care if it's marketed for women, this version is just too intense, but if that's what you're looking for, this is it. They discontinued Redline so Hydroxycut is my pre-workout and weight loss go to. Unlike coffee it doesn't make you poo.

Do not purchase this product from Amazon. I LOVE Amazon. When I saw the price on this Hydroxycut, I didn't think twice about buying three bottles. They were a third of the price I pay for them in the store. *Full disclosure is necessary. I've been taking this product for YEARS. I don't take it for weight loss. I take it for the extreme energy I get from taking ONE CAPSULE EACH MORNING. When I first began using this product, the directions tell you to begin taking three capsules a day for the first week or two- one before each meal. After the first week or two has gone by, they tell you to take six capsules per day- two before each meal. I strongly believe if I took two of these pills at the same time, even after taking one a day for several years, I'd wind up quite sick. If I took six capsules in one day- I'm not sure if I'd be alive to report how that went. Normally, I take my one capsule about an hour before having to get out of bed & start my day. These are SO strong, there are many days I will actually throw up if I don't have any food in my stomach. If I DON'T take the capsule, I feel terrible & lethargic all day long. No amount of coffee or other energy drinks containing caffeine help at all. That being said, let me tell you what happened when I began taking the first bottle I ordered from Amazon... I couldn't understand why my eyes felt so heavy! Within three days of taking the capsules purchased from Amazon, I was literally falling asleep every & any chance I got- sometimes against my own will. I couldn't stay awake past 8:30 pm which is unheard of. I was very cranky & moody. I had no idea what was wrong with me. All of a sudden, a memory came to me completely out of the blue. About 8 years ago, a person who was my bf at the time had ordered some male supplements from Amazon for an amazing price. When they arrived, he was able to see right away that there were extreme differences between the ones from GNC & the ones he ordered from Amazon. The supplements were bootleg. They were fake. Even the label was copied & quite faded. He called Amazon right away and was refunded & told to throw out the supplements. It was at that moment I realized I'd received bootleg Hydroxycut. It was scary bc I wondered what I had been taking for the last week & a half. All I know is that it wasn't anything close to the ingredients in Hydroxycut! I called up Amazon customer service to let them know what had happened. The person I spoke with sounded genuinely concerned, refunded me without ANY hassle & asked me to please dispose the rest of the opened bottle as well as the two unopened bottles as soon as possible. After going to Walgreens & spending the usual $30 for one bottle, I took one right away. Sounds crazy, but within an hour, the fog had lifted & I was starting to feel more like myself again. Within 2-3 days, my mood & energy levels returned completely back to normal. I decided to take a look at the ratings on how other people were finding this product. The most frightening thing I noticed was that SO MANY people were saying they felt absolutely nothing and had been taking all six capsules as advised! From a person who has an EXTREMELY high tolerance to most medications in general AND who has been totally perfect with taking ONE capsule for the last three or more years, PLEASE believe me when I tell you that if you're not feeling the VERY strong effects from these weight loss/ energy capsules- you're not taking real Hydroxycut. Amazon is the best place to buy nearly anything you can imagine! The ONLY items I believe everyone should steer clear from are the supplements in general. If the price seems to good to be true- it probably is. Contact Amazon and let them know what's happening. You have no idea what you're putting in your body. I rated this product one star because they were fake. If I were rating REAL Hydroxycut, it would receive five stars.
