Should we buy size 4.9 Ft or 6.9 ? I'm 5ft 6 inch, My husband 5ft 8 inch.

I am 5 ft 3 in and the 4.9 ft bands work for me. They are long and I usually have to wrap them around my hands (especially the yellow one which is the easier resistance of the 3). You probably should get the longer ones and find the right position on the band to suit the resistance you want.

Where are these bands manufactured and shipped from?

There is no marking on the bands indicating where the bands were manufactured; I would suspect not in the USA.

I see you offer 3 different sets of bands what’s the difference between each set? And which set offers the most resistance?

I bought the HPYGN SPORT set of Resistance Bands. It has one yellow which offers least resistance, one blue which offers most resistance, and one pink which is in between as far as resistance. I'm just starting and find the yellow good right now. The blue is definitely too much for me and I am going to have to follow the regime that comes with the bands to get there. So there should be the right resistance for pretty well anyone.
