Great hangers and look good if not hidden by the picture
Have hung 2 mirrors in the bathroom and numerous pictures throughout the house. Worked well for everything that I have used it on. When my supply runs out, I will buy more of these.

These were fine, but
I don't think they are the original OOK brand because the nails were a bit thicker so don't fit the hangers I already have and leave a slightly larger hole. The listing was misleading. I thought I was purchasing the brand name.I would have paid extra if that had been an option. However, they work fine and so what they are supposed to do at a very low price.

Success: Tap Don't Hammer
After reading many unfavorable reviews I tried these picture hangers. When they came I read the instructions and quickly realized that probably all of the bad reviews were from people who DID NOT read or understand the instructions. Most important is that the nails for these picture hangers cannot be "hammered" (banging aggressively) into the wall, they must be "tapped" with the hammer. Herein is the key. Tapping is not aggressive and is much lighter. For one nail one might have to tap 150 to 175 times, but the nail then goes slowly and securely into the plaster wall. I used a piece of tape also, which prevented any damage to the wall. When I tapped these picture hangers into the wall I had full success.
