Does this system work with Zoom?

I use it all the time with Zoom. Just as with other speakerphones, however, when you press the mute button on the device it mutes the device but doesn't show you as mute to others on the video conference. Not usually a problem but you sometimes have to remember to unmute in two places.

Does this have multipoint pairing eg can I pair 2 phones to the speaker (note I only need to have one phone connected at any one time)?

Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. It is designed to have a USB audio (PC) connected and a Bluetooth Device (Phone) connected at the same time and then switch back and forth between them.

How many microphones does this speaker have

It uses one microphone with a 360 degree pickup. One mic is used to keep the processing low and provide a full duplex call without cutting off the other side.
