Had dental surgery and ordered the Halo Mask. The face mask kept cold over 30 minutes. The straps held the mask on my face and used as an ice pack for back of my neck. Highly recommend !!

Following chemo treatment, my face looked and felt like it was on fire and the frozen vegetables weren't cutting it. I found this product and ordered immediately. When it arrived it had discoloration around the nose which caused me to question a potential leak. I contacted the email provided and asked if it was safe to use and questioned if I should return. I included a picture. A response came very quickly from the company's president. He apologized, and promptly went about sending me a new one. I have used this item every day since. On the plus side, its easy to use and covers most of my uncomfortable areas. The straps securely hold the mask in place so if needed you can go about your day with it on. There are a few things that I'm not thrilled with..1. the very comfy material side (which is supposed to go against your face) just doesn't provide the cold blast I was needing, so I've been using the opposite side. 2. it doesn't stay cold as long as I would like. Overall a good purchase and much needed.

Purchased this while caring for someone after a facial surgical procedure. It was never cold enough out of the refrigerator, but it was great out of the freezer. The fabric on the inside is nice and soft, it might prevent a bit of cold from getting through. We would flip it and wear it an the cold side as time passed. The straps that kept it on are great. Only wished it got and stayed colder. But we purchased 3 so we rotate.

Initially, I purchased this ice pack as a playful gesture, inspired by a scene in the movie "American Psycho." The protagonist followed a specific morning routine, which included using an ice pack as a facial mask. A friend remarked that I bore a passing resemblance to the character, prompting me to make the purchase. After showing it to my coworkers, I decided to keep it as I discovered its remarkable benefits. It effectively alleviates sinus headaches and provides soothing numbness after a strenuous day outdoors. The adjustable straps add to its convenience. I highly recommend this ice pack for individuals struggling with migraines or sinus headaches.

This product is nice in that it covers the whole face but it does not stay cool much longer than 10-15 minutes.

Good quality. Stays cool for a while I like that it has adjustable straps so it stays in place. A bonus is that you can also warm it up I look forward to using it warm as well!

Good idea in theory. The back is soft but I wish the cold could get through a little better. The outlines for the eyes , nose and mouth, could have used some padding or at least softer plastic as it’s really rigid. The mouth opening is way too small and narrow unless you have very thin lips. Adjustable straps are good but overall just not the best fitting product. Sending it back.
