Un appareil polyvalent, bien conçu et robuste
Après avoir brûlé le moteur d'un mélangeur d'une autre marque, en faisant des potages. J'ai opté pour un mélangeur Vitamix. C'est plus cher, certes, mais il va me durer longtemps. Je n'ai pas besoin de fonctionnalités ou de programmes, simplement un bouton pour activer le mélangeur et un autre pour ajuster sa vitesse. Il est aussi facile à nettoyer. Assurez-vous d'acheter le "tamper tool" pour écraser certains aliments solides s'il n'est pas déjà inclut dans votre achat.
