Absolutely love these, perfect after a long run, slept really well too

I love these Epsom salts, have used them for the past 2-3 years post-exercise, to pull out the toxins from muscles. Lovely scent. My only comment this time is that, for the same price I normally pay, I only got 750Kg instead of a 1Kg packet. It’s entirely possible that the 1Kg packets are out of stock, I do feel there was false advertising this time though as it did not state anywhere that this was a smaller/lighter product.

I bought this brand of salt for years due to its lovely salt flakes and natural scent but as mentioned above in the questions they have now outsourced the production to China and unfortunately changed the ingredients so it no longer contains the Maris Sal & other things have been tweaked. The old style was really nice but when I opened the new style today I was just really disappointed with the change in texture and scent. So its time to hunt for a new brand.

I bought Epsom salts with added pepper for myself to use after long days at work, after gym and busy days. The Epson salts works by soaking the stresses away also aches and pains after workouts, the next day you feel amazing skin soft , great for dry skin. Also you smell amazing after bathing.
