Does this come in a glass bottle?

I'm not certain what type of container may have been used in the past, but the product I recently ordered from this company came in a plastic container with a standard screw-on lid.

Does it get rid of scrabe

I'm not sure about that but I hear neem is a bug repellent...

I do not believe it to stink. It does not have the traditional strong neem smell due to the other components of it! I find it mild and pleasing.

what are the ingredients to the neem lotion ves the neem butter?

Don't have with me but has more ingredients than raw but is pleasant.I still prefer original raw neem as feel it is best choice as more organic but lotion is nice too.
