Only 3 pins connected to OBD2 , one to K-line not OBD2
Only 3 pins at connected to the OBD2 16pin connectror. One for 12v (Pin 16) , one for Ground(Pin 4) and one for Iso-k-line (pin7) . Forth pin is not connected. For OBD pins 6&14 should be connected. Rubish , too bad I can't return it now
