One of best support and service I have ever experienced. Whenever I call i get immediate response. I had ordered AGARO grand professional mixer grinder due to some reason it was getting burning smell and bit smoke i complained within few minutes they asked me to send video and they replaced entire product. Although product is very tough and amazing design. Very satisfied with product and service.

Worst perfor it's leakage issue. How many times we buy JAR from company.
I purchased the AGARO Grand Professional Blender (2000 watts, 2 Litres Jar) on Aùg. 2024, 2024, influenced by the positive ratings on Amazon. However, within just 6 months, the jar started leaking. Upon investigating further, I discovered that many other customers have reported the same issue. When I contacted customer support, they outright refused to provide a replacement or service, despite this being a clear manufacturing defect acknowledged by numerous customers. Instead, they suggested I buy a new jar for 1500 rupees. This is utterly unacceptable. What is the point of your so-called 2-year warranty if you refuse to honor it? The customer support team was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to address the issue. I strongly advise against purchasing this product based on the misleading positive ratings.Shame on you, AGARO, for scamming consumers.
