Working. Be careful with consumer power.
Brought 2 pieces, used for very small consumers (christmas LED lights) without problem. I believe that internal relay is not very strong (it is rated 10A, but with inductive loads the relay contacts may remain welded). If need higher power demand, can use one extra 230Vac contactor.

Quality product unlike other generic types
This is a branded product that should last much longer than other cheaper generic types, I used the generic types and they lasted for approximately 9 months, I am writing this review after testing these for 6 months with no issues.

Works well. But not compatible with Kasa app
Compact unit and easy to set up. I have TPLink Kasa plugs and this is smaller and cheaper. However no 5 stars for Tapo because it has a separate app so now i need both Kasa and Tapo apps. But all works well with Alexa so not a huge problem once set up and linked to Amazon Alexa app

Both stopped working
Initially they worked well, and after a a couple months both stopped working. Initially one went, and about a month later the other died. Now they're both stuck in an endless update loop and are not able to reset to factory settings. If you look it up online, seems to be a common issue. I replaced them with P110, hoping they are more reliable.

Stop working in weeks
One product lasted 1 week, while the other lasted 3 months. Poor product reliability and a waste of money in the long term.

Both devices stopped connecting to the TAPO Home App
Both devices stopped connecting to the TAPO Home App out of nowhere. I followed every step and guidelines from TAPO to reset the devices but no luck.

Easy set up. Works well with alexa. App is easy to navigate. Has random settings for activating lights while away

I’ve got loads of these now and am always impressed with the quality, ease of use and reliability for a bargain price. So easy to set up and control. These latest two are controlling my exterior Christmas lights so are installed in a weatherproof box halfway down my garden. They are still working fine despite being in a plastic box in a cold environment on the edge of the wi-fi coverage. So much better than the mechanical timer plugs I was using last year.

I Purchased these to control radiators at home and lights, as it saves me having to turn them off individually. The Tapo P100 2 pack comes with two plugs and a small instruction manual. They are simply plug and play essentially. Out of the box. These devices are rated for up 2900 watt devices and are compatible with most small powered devices in that range. They are not suitable for large scale appliances such as air conditioning systems due to the power draw that they utilise on first startup. The plugs themselves are no bigger than a standard plug adaptor, but they do contain an led and a manual switch which you can use to turn the plug on or off or hold to reset if you change your wifi. These devices require a wifi connection to operate so a router is required. First time setup you will need your routers security settings and the Tapo app on your phone to operate the device. However setup is fairly straight forward and gives you access to the devices full functions. Which includes timer use, so you can set your devices and forget them if you need to or set a schedule as well. I have never had any issues using the devices. The app provides all the functionality of the wall plug and you can rearrange and add other plugs Tapo devics into your app and expand the functionality fairly easily. You can even name the plugs to keep track of them. Note: You will need to reset the Tapo plug if you change your wifi router/settings. Pros: Easy to use, controls one device, 2900 watt max, is easy to use once setup, has manual on/off button. Cons: Requires a tapo account (free), not suitable for high power devices (air conditioners).

These are most useful at Christmas, no need to crawl under the tree or over furniture twice every day to turn the lights on and off. They are worth it just for that. But of course I’ve enjoyed using them daily for various electricals throughout my home. I like the fact you are able to set up a routine. I work unsociable hours and I have scheduled The outside lights to switch on for when I leave and return home so I’m not stumbling in the dark. The set up is very easy thanks to the app and has good connectivity. It works alongside Alexa devices which is very convenient.

My whole home is full of smart plugs and I bought these to replace an old Kasa plug that mysteriously went pop a couple of nights ago. These are much smaller than the Kasa plugs and that’s great because they don’t block up the socket next to the one you’re using. They feel as if they’re solidly built and would stand up to a little rough handling. They work well enough and are straightforward to use. I’ve got one of them set up to turn my bedside light on and off. I tell Alexa that I’m going to bed and she runs a routine turning off all the sockets and lights, and turns on my bedside light. As usual, these things cost pennies to run as they don’t use much energy themselves. It’s nice to be able to monitor how much energy I’m using too. I like Amazon’s new thing of setting them up for you before they’re shipped with your WiFi password and stuff. One of them paired immediately but one took a little more effort and required a restart. Some people might worry about privacy with Amazon having this facility but personally I don’t care if they know I’ve switched my bedside lamp on. The packaging is better too. Plastic is kept to a minimum and the cardboard can recycle nicely. I’ve knocked off a star because the setup on one of them required a second go. I’m being overly harsh about that I suppose, but I’m a bit of a fan of technology and don’t normally have any issues with it.
