Q: Did anyone else have issues getting the timer to work? Mine is staying on and not shutting off. I bought the two pack and the other one is working

The first one I bought did the same thing after a couple of weeks. The new one I bought has been working fine for several months

Q: I have 3 and they all stays on until I unplug it ?

Double check your polarity on your wiring.

Q: Does this require a minimum load? I installed it in a kitchen appliance garage to control 3 watts of 12v l.e.d. ribbon and it doesn't like to turn off

There is no minimum load mentioned in the spec sheet that came with it. I think it just has a small relay that is either open or closed.

Q: will 26v AC power this, I want to connect to my spinkler valve for keeping cats off lawn

I power this device with a 12vdc power supply. The specs say 12-24v DC. I doubt it will work with 26v AC. However, a simple bridge rectifier would probably work for you.
