SPF Solar Shield 30 (Hydrating)

I really enjoy this product as it has amazing protection with 21% zinc Oxide as it’s active ingredient! It has also skin brightening ingredients. Also when you get SPFs with high zinc it’s normal to have a white cast on your face but this product does not do that. That is amazing !!! This sunscreen goes on smooth, it's safe to use near the eyes and it smells amazing! (Smells so much like vanilla and almond). I love how it makes my skin glow while protecting it. This is the best SPF I've ever used! I will never be without it. I wish you will bring it back.

The product itself is okay, but there was only 1 oz. 2. Oz. is stated on the bottle. Amazon made it right.

Just bought this in April 2025 and expiration is 08/25. It would be nice if i received something that was not going to expire so soon. I like the product. It is pricey but haven't found a good alternative.

This is a great sunscreen for me. It is a mineral sunscreen with no odor. It is a slightly off white color and blends in with my skin tones easily with no white cast. I am pale so I don’t know how this would work for people with richer skin tones. It kept me from burning several days out gardening so I’m loving it.

The active ingredient in this sunblock is zinc oxide, a mineral rather than a chemical block. It contains ceramides to protect the moisture barrier on the skin, but also a high amount of dimethicone, a silicone. I was afraid at first the tint would be too dark for my fair skin -- I'd call it a medium skin tone tint; however, it blends in well. Even those with dark skin should find the tint preferable to the white cast of untinted zinc oxide. I just wish it didn't contain silicone, an ingredient I'm sensitive to. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

The first time I wore this, I put it on after my regular moisturizer and it was...less than successful. The second day I tried it, I substituted it for my moisturizer and it went much better. This takes 20 minutes or so to fully sink in, but once it does it's a nice sunscreen. It's lightly tinted and it looked way too dark for my pale skin, but it doesn't really show up on the skin at all. It left no white cast. Frankly it reminds me a lot of Elta MD Mineral 41 SPF, only less mousse-y and less greasy. It has essentially no scent and it didn't cause me any breakouts. The first 1/3 of the ingredients appear to be silicones, though, so beware if that's an issue for you. I sweated through it, instead of sweating it off and it didn't sting my eyes.
