Best Bluetooth transmitter for casual everyday listening!
I’ve had mine for almost a year now and it’s worked perfectly! It’s very durable and has lasted longer than any Bluetooth transmitter I’ve owned before! The audio quality is decent. It’s not audiophile quality but it’s fine if you’re just using AirPods or other wireless headphones. I use mine with my iPod classic and it works great and was very easy to pair with my AirPods. The battery life is also insane! I can go like a week without charging it. If you need an everyday Bluetooth transmitter, this is the one to get!

Zune HD now a Bluetooth Device
I purchased the UGreen Bluetooth Audio Receiver & Transmitter for my Zune HD. I used this Zune just about everyday from the day I purchased it 2010 and I have faithfully found a way to violently tug the headphone cord causing it to be jerked out of the Zune or the Zune hitting the floor. When I want to use it with my JBL speaker, I would have to connect it with the audio cord and struggle to find a safe place to set them both up. I have gotten tired of the Zune HD hitting the floor more times than the JBL speaker. My Zune HD still works perfectly, so I felt it was time to treat it right and make it a Bluetooth device to help keep it safe. The hardest part was figuring out what setting to use TX or RX and then pairing it with the JBL speaker without reading the included instruction manual I misplaced. THE ANSWER: TX , press the power button for 3 seconds then turn on the Bluetooth speaker or headphones. The sound to my speaker sounds as if it's connected via the audio cord. The transmitter doesn't feel like it added any extra weight to my Zune HD. When I got tugged and hit the transmitter the black rubber part before the audio plug moves. It does not feel like there is any extra trauma being caused to the Zune's audio jack like when I get the headphone cords tugged. While it was connected to my JBL Charge 3 speaker, I pressed the pause button and it did not pause the music on the Zune, so I guess the controls don't work. I have a pair of XO Beach 3D headphones that I love and this would not connect to them. I only received this 1 hour before this review so I will have to test out other headphones they can and cannot connect to.

So far...
The device is being used to transmit 2m amateur radio audio out to a Plantronics Voyager 5200 headset. The <1/4 second delay is tolerable for this use. Audio clarity is quite acceptable for the cost. I week in it stopped working and I was looking around here for an alternative brand when I noticed someone mentioned trying a 7 second hold on the power button to reset their device. I held this one in for >10 seconds till the blue light came on. So far is seems to be working normally. The above mentioned failure occurred with two items paired(the 2 meter radio and a cell phone) and the USB-C cord connected to a 1 amp charger . The computer was likely trying to pair as well. I am grateful that I was able to reboot the device.

Avoid if using for anything other than music
Bluetooth has lag and is inherently less high quality than a wired connection. Them's the brakes with Bluetooth. However, that being said, this one is a particularly bad example. The audio sounds like it is being played through the telephone. The lag is ALWAYS at least over one second so if you were planning on using this for anything more than just beaming over music, you will not have a good experience. For me, this lag is incredibly poor. Video watching was going to be my main use for this thing, but having lag just makes it nigh-unwatchable. Not all devices support shifting the audio to fix my issue, either. But I should not have to do that at all. When it comes to battery life, the manual says it lasts 5.5 hours. Wish it lasted longer, especially for a device being sold in 2023. But whatever, It's a small device. That can't really be helped. But one of the worst things is the awful voice used. I get that they have to give you SOME kind of indication that devices are paired (even though the light on the device can and WILL do the same thing). It's not so much that the voice is unpleasant, it's just that it is SO. DANG. LOUD. It will blast "POWER ON", and "BLUETOOTH CONNECTED" into your ears at full volume. Make sure to put on your headphones AFTER you have turned the device on. AWFUL, AWFUL idea. They do give you the option to change the voice. Only issue is the only other option is Chinese. An option to completely remove the voice would improve this product. What a disappointment this product ended up being, especially with the other reviews praising it. Considering how amazingly good those other reviews are, I almost wonder if I just got a borked unit.

Works well, but sound quality is lacking
Got these for my nicer wired headphones as an alternative to investing in a separate wireless pair. For the price, this device is of acceptable quality depending on your intended use. For listening to podcasts, movies, videos, etc. I would say it’s quite good. The latency is barely noticeable, battery life is decent for such a small device, and I had no issues with connection like other people. The single button control is easy to use although sometimes I accidentally press the wrong button combination and switch the language to Chinese mode. That being said, if you mainly use your headphones for music you will notice a significant downgrade in quality compared to your headphone’s wired performance. While there is decent clarity in the mid range and highs, there is almost no bass whatsoever, so this receiver sounds quite tinny. If you are planning to use this in an application where bass response is not super important, this is not the worst option as it’s the cheapest bt dongle you can get on Amazon and offers both transmission and receiver modes which some of the more expensive options don’t. But if you plan on using it for turning a nice pair of wired headphones wireless, I would recommend spending an extra 10-15 dollars on a nicer one that has better sound quality.

Works well and it's super light!
Very Nice, I use it when I work (as a DJ) and works perfect. I recomend it!
