Waste of money, its not worth it
After planting the seeds, they never grew except for few spots

I bought this item after using different grass seeds for more than 5 years. Sun and shade grass seed is my best choice After this experience in hot climate region like saudi arabia.

I am very pleased with this grass seed! It sprouted quickly! It is thick, green & durable! Needs consistent watering to get started. It was hearty over the hot So Cal summer. Looks very nice when mowed. I have bought 4 bags so far to cover side yard and now working on back yard. It sprouts in all seasons in So Cal climate. Very pleased! Worth every penny! (Not a paid reviewer, just a homeowner w green grass!) These seeds are coming up nicely through the back yard weeds. Once the grass is thicker & mature, i will toss out some weed & feed to clear the weeds & maintain the grass! Yay! This is the real pic of my new grass! This grass seed appears to be growing well, even in very hot conditions

We spread this grass seed liberally in our back and side yard. The former got plenty of sunlight and took off with watering it. The side yard was in the shade and the success was much slower.

I know absolutely nothing about growing grass. We bought a neglected 100 year old rowhome and the yard was FULL of weeds and pests. After the weeds were hand pulled (which took TEN hours)and was mostly bare soil I threw down a bag of this stuff and called it a day. I followed the watering instructions and that’s all I did. That was last October. The picture below is what the grass looks like today, 5 months later. This stuff is LUSH and green. Success!!!! Thank you, rapid grass!
