Don't know what the situation is with this keyboard. Bought 2 of them. First one was defective, RMA'd and sent it back to Amazon fora replacement. Second one arrived, similar problems as the last keyboard. I know they didn't send back the same keyboard as it wasfactory sealed. Both keyboards would not recognize specific keys. I just trashed the last one, wasn't worth the headache of a refund.Hope other folks have had better success with them. I certainly won't be buying another.

This keyboard is great for the visually impaired and us aging boomers OR anyone who wants to see the keyboard better. It is especially handy in the early morning or at night since a small amount of light in the room is enough to see the black letters on the bright yellow keys!I have been a touch typist since the 1970s, but need help with the number pad, the function keys, etc. With this keyboard, I no longer strain my eyes looking for those keys as they are easily spotted.This keyboard is a great productivity tool for my home-based business (proofreading) and I am very happy to have found such a keyboard.I did not purchase the wireless model because I read reviews on Amazon that it didn't work well, so definitely go with the wired model if you have any doubts.

Bought for the church secretary who has limited eyesight. Concept was great but keyboard failed to recognize certain keys after just two months of very light use. AMAZON website says return window has past - will need to try to find live person at Amazon. I would avoid this item.

My computer recognized this and found the appropriate software. Unfortunately only a few keys worked, and I had to return it. I might reorder at some future date. The visual aspect was great as I am so tired of gray letters on a black background.

I would not recommend this product. At first I thought it was great but it broke after 2 weeks. Keys started to not function and other keys needed to be typed several times till they worked.

Got this for my Mom who has macular degeneration in one eye. It really helps her a lot - good product - well made and is a huge help to folks with poor eye site. My eyes are good but I have to admit I like it too.

Works well but not easy to get used to on a Mac. Command key cannot be relocated as with other keyboards.

For the "hunt and peck" crowd, this keyboard is a godsend. The hunting is minimal and the pecking is ten times faster. Get one NOW! You won't be sorry.
