I recently purchased this support band and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer! I've been struggling with strengthening my core, my pelvic muscles, and correcting my posture. This band is great and I especially love the lower belt.It's been amazing for my posture. I've noticed a significant improvement since I started wearing it regularly.The three separate closures are genius. They allow me to adjust the fit to my liking, and each one serves a specific purpose. The upper closure shrinks my stomach, the middle one flattens my belly and slims my waist, and the lower one provides extra support.I did not purchase this for postpartum support, but it is the best support I have found for my abdominal strengthening. It's perfect for body shaping, waist slimming, lumbar protection, hip lifting, abdomen training, and tummy trimming.

I got this to get myself back into shape after post partum. There's three separate parts to the wrap, a belly wrap, a waist wrap, and a hip wrap. Sizing appears to be accurate and the velcro straps are designed to really cinch in everything. It has pretty good support and keeps you entire torso and hip straight, but I don't think you'll be able to sit in this. I haven't used this long enough to know whether it works or not, but so far, from initial wearing, it seems comfortable and supportive.

So I had to try some variations, because it is 3 separate pieces. I definitely think that Postpartum it would have been perfect and I like that it can adjust as you shift. I’m currently 4 months Postpartum and needing support for a ventral hernia. It’s almost too much back support for my day to day at this point because I’ve lost weight and I have a bigger baby. But today I used my spanx paired with the bottom piece and it face me incredible Support. What I like better about this than the binder my doctor prescribed is it can tighten and lift up, so it gives me more support in this kind of hernia plus recovery from c-section. I’m having surgery again for the hernia, so I plan to use three pieces once that happens for a safe recovery. I’ve tried multiple Postpartum binders and I like the versatility of this one the best.

I’m not postpartum yet but this binder is a literal lifesaver for me right now. I am pregnant and have multiple large fibroids. The only thing that helps, besides pain meds, is splinting something really tightly against the painful areas. This binder come in handy bc it has 3 parts, helps with back support and pelvic support plus you can adjust the Velcro tightness and there’s belts to make it even tighter if you need need to. This is been such a lifesaver for me! The 3 separate belts can look overwhelming at first but they’re marked by section and really easy to put on after practicing the first couple times. I have a short torso but can still use all 3 belts by layering them, if i need to, or i can opt out of 1 or 2 of them if i want. I’m so thankful for this binder. Without it I would be self-medicating so much more and being pregnant, i don’t wanna do that. Highly recommend and look forward to wearing it postpartum as well.

I wanted to like this after giving birth but once you put in on it’s really tight like it made me sick. It’s also kinda hard to figure out how to put it on. Some people may be looking for that but I didn’t like that I felt sick after wearing it for a few minutes. Unfortunately I had to return.

This belt has been very useful.. From helping me with post-partum back pain to supporting my belly, the various components it comes with, have given me immense comfort. I highly recommend this product.

This is the second pp wrap I ordered through Amazon. Even though the photos of the wrap are pretty much the same, the quality of this one is much better. The first wrap I ordered was one size fits all (even though I chose size S!), the Velcro was very scratchy - it was uncomfortable to wear for more than an hour! Lastly the corset metal parts inside were way too thin and poked me. I had to return it. In a few weeks I decided to get a replacement, I was hesitant and expected the same poor quality but being pp I needed belly support. To my surprise, this wrap is a total game changer. Perfect size, comfortable to wear over 6+ hours, superior quality, the Velcro is nice and soft and nothing pokes through. I am glad I found it.

Loved the feel and quality of this product. Love the adjustability and versatility of the three bands. Great back support too. However, the sizing options were a bit confusing. I chose a small/medium, because I typically wear small or medium clothes, but it seemed too small. The large was also labeled “one size,” so I was unsure about which size would fit me best.
