Great product
I bought the starter kit, watched both videos (part 1&2) and my windows came out great. I live in a 3600 sq.ft. modern ranch with LOTS of large windows and it took me 2 hours to do every window. Inside and out. My wife couldn't believe how fast I did it and what a great job. It was my first time so the time will be reduced with practice. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Everything came as described. It's apparently an art to learn to clean windows but the tools are great. I do wish the container had a lid for storage, but it didn't come with one. I had watched a YouTube video where apparently there used to be a lid. Everything fits in the bucket except for the extension pole.

Professional quality according to husband.
This is a large kit with a big bucket a couple of blades and a couple of scrubbers. Husband has been wanting and a Ettore set for quite a while. Even though all of the products included work well, he agreed, it is overpriced.

Best widow cleaner I've purchased to date.
Use this to clean my large windows in my home. Leaves absolutely no streaks which amazes me. Even when I'm a little sloppy with the squeegee...it still dries streak free. This just saved me $1200 a year in annual costs I used to pay a window cleaner for my home. It's incredible.

Scrap the scraper, keep the handle. Good Luck trying to replace that at a Mac's Hdwr.!
This kit worked great from day one for the DIY'er. However, the blade to be used for scraping off old paint ('Wet first!), was sharp, but crummy blade, which RUSTED up nice after only ONE use. Has Ettore heard of quality STAINLESS STEEL? 'Pity the male, or, female blade user if they should need to shave with crappie metal used in this blade.'DISCARDED almost immediately. SHAME on Ettore!!

the button you press to change heads became dislocated after a few uses. It's now completely useless
Did not have screw in attachment only a micky mouse button that was hard to use and dislocated after a few changes WTF What ever happened to screw in heads? You have threads on the end for one?!

Great Buy
Great cleaning kit. Sleeves move on and off frame fluidly. All products and materials in this bucket for a great Buy plan on buying this one again in the future when we add more business

Excellent, seems a little pricey
Strong, durable materials and everything u need for small to large windows. I gave 4 out of 5 because it seems a little pricey. Could have easily pieced together each of these and save well over $60... If they added a 2nd pole with a 6'+ ext... it would would make the price value more attractive. Hope this helps.
