I bought the Cola flavoured product. Pros - Tastes OK and I definitely felt a difference to my energy in the gym. Cons - I got a caffeine crash which I usually don't get with Pre-Workout powders. Did not agree with my stomach..... Understand the above will vary from person to person

Ordered this product after using the shots based on the cost and 40 servings. It highlights the amount of each ingredients and 40 Services at face value but its not true. I should of read it in more detailed but was disappointed with the cost to servings ratio. 20 servings to get the highlighted stats and £20. It's fair to say I'll go back to ABE for vaule for money and it's a very good product.Shame amazon subscription services keeps failing on ABE. Summery Taste - OK but weak Cost - Over priced Servings - 20 to hit the claimed ingredients Alternative - ABE pre workout offers better value, taste, QTY and has creatine

Easy to mix, great taste . Good energy boost with no come down feeling .

It does what it’s supposed to do

Got the cola flavour tastes really nasty chemical like taste with hints of syrup it was rather disgusting and on top of that didn't give me that boost awake feeling you get with a good pre-workout, the type that makes you want to train, this one was like dull and I wasn't interested in training just felt like having chemical coffee that was it, also this can cause skin irritation in some people for me it was red skin blotches on my forehead it goes away after a few hours but still none of my other pre-workouts did this. The only pre-workouts that caused me skin irritations thus far have been ABC, The Curse, This NXT Nutrition pre-workout, BPi sports stuff too off the top of my head those are the ones that have done this and I've tried more than 80 different brands since 2015, and many other ones don't give me skin irritations. There are a lot of chemical ingredients in this which are really bad for the health could be any one of them being a bad batch. Either way I didn't like the taste and it didn't work so really it deserves its 1 star sorry.

It smells and tastes like cola. It did give me good bost and caffeine hit but it made me feel very sick. About 15 minutes into my work out I left with a overwhelming feeling to be sick. People said I looked pale. I also got a mild case of heartburn. Slowly got better over the day eating bread but this stuff isn't for me. Update: 48 hours later I'm almost better but it really messed with my insides, I didn't stray from a toilet over the weekend.

Very upset to find out that the seller did not clearly stat that this drink can cause Paraesthesia, this should be somewhere in the description on the product page. Very unhappy
