I bought this mainly to keep my 4-month old puppy out of the kitchen. It's exactly like the picture shows. It's a piece of mesh with loops that attach to what are essentially command strip hooks. For my dog, it seems to be yet another thing for her to chew on, but it has kept her out of the kitchen so far. It's annoying to attach and remove frequently, so it works best in places that aren't heavy traffic areas, and that's the main issue with using it in the kitchen.Overall, it's not a perfect solution, but it's cheap. I imagine it would work better for a baby than a dog, and I can't imagine it doing anything for a cat. It's only about three feet tall and any cat could easily jump over it.

This gate was a pretty good purchase, the adhesion stickers that were supplied worked wonders! The price was also amazing! the only complaints I have is the sturdiness. The product itself is … pretty sturdy, and maybe if you have a calm dog, it will do the trick, but for more of an agressive dog, or ambitious dog, they would easily be able to crawl under. Overall 8/10

In theory these would work great, however, they do not stay put. Constantly falling off the hooks. And would not stay taut.

Very flemsy weak product. Broken strap by next day. You get what you pay for. Do not recomend this gate.

i wanted to love this gate but it broke so quick the one corner just broke so we ended up throwing it away. i love the idea & the look it just didn’t hold up like i had hoped

I bought 2 of these . The wall anchors are not standard so they actually damaged my wall. Originally started with the command style hooks but they ripped the paint off the wall after coming down after 5 hours . Luckily I had a couple standard wall anchors that worked but then had to take pliers to bend the metal hooks because they weren’t holding up the mesh net “gate” . I wouldn’t recommend this particular “gate” I would return if it wasn’t such a pain to go thru all the return steps. Also didn’t come with any instructions .

I was excited to have something that would be at a height I could access in my wheelchair. After 30 minutes of cussing and swearing, my husband finally had the first of three gates up JUST in time for our smallest puppy to place Kool-Aid man through it. The elastic loops came off on one side and broke in half on the other side.Moral of the story: if you have big dogs (puppies we have 6 month old great Dane/Rhodesian ridgeback puppies) spend your money on a piece of plywood, cut to width, a set of durable hinges, and a latch.

I thought it was easy to put on and it was not they sent these sticky hooks but didn't work
