i have had a number of mats. i've had one in pastel pink and one in pastel blue, neither of which had much visual appeal for me. they were good at preventing slippage. then i found one that was actually pretty to look at, but i found it slipping in the tub and also getting slippery to stand on. this one is the only one i have seen in my favorite color, red, so i find it visually appealing. it also has wonderful suction so it doesn't slip around in the tub. in addition, the surface does not get slippery which prevents me from falling in a slippery tub. therefore, i'm very happy with this purchase.

Love it, I am a big guy and at 56 do not want to risk falling in the tub so, do not want a mat that moves, it stays in place and I feel perfectly safe on it. Is easy to clean and hang up after each shower and put down again before shower.

Your description states mold proof. That’s a lie. I clean it weekly and my tub. Gets moldy.

The edges near the drain don’t ever want to uncurl, annoying. Doesn’t really suction.

Strong and durable

I have a textured tub so it doesn't stick too well. Perfect size for what I was looking for, but because it comes rolled up I still cannot get it to lay flat.

Have not cleaned it yet...but pretty comfortable and haven't slipped so works great, stays in place...

I was thrilled with this mat when it arrived and I put it in my shower unit, but once I showered the mat was slippery. I have a condition where I'm very very easily dizzy, I've had a couple of nasty falls while trying to wash my hair, moving my head about too much makes me dizzy. I have a seat in the shower but at certain times you need to stand while washing, unfortunately this mat did not help me. It's a shame because it's a perfect size and colour, very disappointed.

We bought this a little while ago and are VERY DISAPPOINTED!When the mat gets wet it’s extremely slippery!!! There is absolutely no advantage to using this mat! In fact the mat is more slippery than the regular shower floor!DO NOT BUY!!!

Not happy that it seems slippery when wet, nothing to grip your feet.I’m sick of trying different bath mats after having hip surgery.

For the first time ever through many years I sit down and write a complain. Usually when I don't like it, simply I return it back. But for this one somehow I fell in it, I did use for one time, and I already knew that I made a big mistake. The one I have already which I buy it from our local pharmacy, even few dollars cheaper, but that's not, I mean I can't compare the "Aqua Matt" brand, excuse my expression, with this crap. Seriously, I wouldn't even buy it at the dollar store. And the interesting part is some other colors (mine was beige for $24.99), were for almost the double price. I mean that's way too much. Never think of buying it. And yes, I read someone mentioned that after or during the shower it becomes slippery. It is true. That's the most reason I did return it. Thank for the metal bars that I have in my shower tab, I could hold myself. Otherwise there was an attempt to slip down. Save your money for something better.
