good for home automation
i linked this to a arduino nano as part of a localized room control. Works great for it.

Usual relay board
It is ok and works great.

no problems
Using this with an ESP32 controller to activate 5 sprinkler zones. Relays activate fine on 3.3v signal. I am running 24V through the main relay contacts to active the sprinkler valves. Has been running over a year with no problems.

Works as expected
To clear up some confusing information in some of the reviews. The relays themselves are standard electro-mechanical relays, not solid state. They are SPDT Form C contacts, COM, NO, NC. They will switch AC or DC consistent with their rating. The relay outputs are not connected to input power or any input pin. The input pins are optically isolated from the relay coil. The inputs will accept from 3.3DC to 24VDC for switching. Connect the coil power, 3.3VDC to 24VDC depending on which voltage you purchased, to the +DC and -DC terminals. The inputs are connected between the -DC and IN terminals to switch the relays. I use these in CNC equipment. I have found them to be robust and reliable when used within the their ratings. Very handy for isolating the controller from the rest of the world, especially when switching inductive devices like contactors and valves. Use a proper subber across the output relay or field device coil to protect the contacts from arcing. With both NC and NO outputs on the relays it is easy to flip the output logic as needed. The inputs are easily switchable between negative true and positive true logic as needed for controller output compatibility.
