Highly recommend for all projectors
What a wonderful stand. Sturdy. Even with dogs near it it stayed steady. Super quick and easy set up. Excellent height adjustment. A million times better than trying to get the projector just right on a table. Moves up and down with ease. Works great outdoors. Is going to be amazing to travel with it's so versatile. Love this addition to my outdoor entertainment set up.

Mostly okay.
Easy to put together but honestly it's a bit flimsy where the projector is supposed to sit. And the balance isn't the greatest. If you're using it inside on stable flooring just make sure it doesn't get bumped. If you are using it outside, like I am, make SURE you have the base leveled and use sandbags or weight to anchor it. Not faulting the unit, but it's top heavy, tall, and has a fairly narrow base. If a strong wind blows then there is a real chance of your projector/laptop taking a ride to the ground. Which is why it only got 4 stars. It does do the job. And with some preventive measures, can do it safely.

Surprised
Very good product, easy to assemble, clear instructions. It also comes with a protective cover. The only issue is that when using a laptop, depending on its size, it can partially cover the ventilation slots, which may cause the laptop to overheat. The mounting brackets are very accessible for use with a projector.

Only OK
The stand is mainly sturdy when its on the shorter end which makes sense, but I wish they had implemented a better design to make it sturdy when it is at a higher height. The toggle and swivel the tray is connected to rotates really easily even when it's supposed to be fully tightened and stopped, so be wary of that if you have something on the somewhat heavier side it will move up and down if not fully in a flat position. Another thing I do wish it had is a better quality tray. It's not flimsy by any means, but it does not feel too strong for my light weight projector and I get nervous leaving it there on its own. The item does come with two straps you can use to strap down whatever you put on the stand and a phone holder that screws into a corner, I haven't used it yet, but it is flexible. There's also a thin foam pad you can put on the tray for protection which I do appreciate. Overall it's not a horrible stand, but I wouldn't recommend for even somewhat heavy items if they need to be at a higher height or at an angle.

Perfect
100% better than trying to use camera mount (which does work)....survives falling over while continuing to protect projector.

very poor design and the specifications/description is misleading.
This is complete junk. Period. the platform for the projector is in two pieces and then braced together. It cannot be made completely level and it wobbles. Then we come to the stand components. First you need to know the height is NOT completely adjustable within the specified range Only the upper pole can be "adjusted" and only in increments of 2.5" because that is how far apart they drilled the holes to insert the "stabilizing" bar. The only way to get down to 22" is to remove one of the poles. So basically once you set it, you can't adjust it without a lot of fussy around. NOT ONE BIT transportable even if it is light weight. THEN we get to the part where, whether with one pole or two, it is SO loose that it spins around, one pole inside the other. I tried adding duct tape but that only marginally solved the problem. It no longer spins but, it's not sturdy. It says it is rated for 22 pounds. I'm seriously doubting that. My ultra short throw projector is 11 pounds and once I tried to put it on that platform it was wobbling so much I was afraid it would fall off so I took it down. I bought this for sewing pattern projection. It has to be level, it has to be accurate and I can't have it falling off. DO NOT BUY.
