I've only been using this probiotic for a couple of days, and I've already noticed some changes. I'm not sure if it's just the placebo effect, but I usually get bad tummy aches after my meals due to a recent diet change. My gut hasn't been used to this new diet, so I've been experiencing pain during and after eating. After seeing several videos and articles about the benefits of probiotics, I decided to give this a try. So far, since starting, I no longer get those bad tummy aches after meals.However, I'm not sure if I will continue because some doctors say there are risks when taking these unregulated supplements and that most of the time, you don't even need them. I'll see how I feel after finishing this bottle and decide then.

Been on probiotics for almost 3 years, tried different brands and this one does the job! Especially with the different multistrains that you don’t normally see in other brands.

As soon as i started taking these i have developed a weird infection in my mouth, strange white pimples started appearing inside and outside my lips. Recovered after i stopped taking these. Please check with your doctor before buying.
