Great buy!
I’ve used this for about a year now. I know, it’s been a minute since I purchased it. This is a great stethoscope, I 100% love it and thinks it works just as good as the expensive ones! I work in a Dr. office and have tried out a few brands and I have to say this one works great and is a great choice for a cheap stethoscope!

Nice Scope
It’s a nice scope but sometimes it’s hard to hear lung sounds with it.

Lover of all things PINK
I bought this stethoscope because it was pink and made by KILA brand. I am an ICU nurse It works great and auscultates clearly without muffled tones or echoes. I use it everyday.

Love mine!
Second Kila I have owned. I was always a Littmann brand kinda nurse until a couple years ago another nurse let me use her Kila. Why pay high price for a name when Kila's are half the cost of other brands and just as good or better!

It's OK
Wanted to get fairly decent scope at a reasonable price for nursing school. This one really caught my eye since I loved the color combo of soft pink and blue. The scope is really pretty in person and even prettier on Amazon pictures. As far as the actual quality goes, I wish I had listened to some of the other reviews. Sound quality is ok but far from great. It would make a wonderful beginner's scope for first or second year nursing students. Also the ear buds are a bit uncomfortable if you keep them in too long. I paid around 33 bucks for this one and was thinking about upgrading to the $60 is one later after school, however due to poor sound quality I am a bit skeptical about spending more money with this brand.

Poor quality
I bought this stethoscope for my daughter who is taking an EMT class. I wanted a decent beginner stethoscope, and find this one to be of poorer quality than a $10 one. There is an incredible amount of background noise from any movement. Also, if you touch the tubing even very lightly, the noise from that is louder than the sounds from the bell. I have been an ER nurse for years, and have found our throw away scopes to be of better quality. The cheapest model of the high end brand stethoscope is twice the price of this one, but is ten times the quality........spend the extra money on it.
