19 pc Set Injection Nozzle Seal Tool Injector Manhole Cleaning Set

I bought this kit specifically for a deep clean on a Transit 2.2 TDCi, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. If you’ve ever dealt with 'Black Death' or carbon buildup, you know you need the right tools, and this set is a lifesaver. ​The mix of copper and soft nylon brushes is perfect. The copper brush is tough enough to scrub the stubborn carbon off the injector seats without scratching the metal, while the nylon ones are great for a final sweep and polish. ​Injector Bore Blocking Nuts: These are the most important part! They fit perfectly and stop any muck or carbon from falling down into the cylinder while you're cleaning. It gives you total peace of mind that you aren't going to ruin the engine while scrubbing. ( PLEASE WATCH OUT AS THEY ARE A BIT SMALL AND UNIVERSAL SIZE - PRO TIP : USE TEFLON TAPE AROUND IT TIGHTLY , ATTACH IT TO THE ROD AND SLOWLY FORCE IT INTO THE BORE , IF IT GOES IN TOO EASILY DO NOT LET IT DROP, TAKE IT OUT, ADD SOME MORE TEFLON TAPE AND TRY AGAIN, ONCE IT NEEDS A BIT OF TENSION TO GO INTO THE INJECTOR BORE AND IT FEELS STUCK, 4 MM UNDER THE SEAT THEN UNSCREW THE ROD ) ​Soft Brushes are great for cleaning the more delicate parts of the injector body without scuffing the surface. ​Build Quality & Value: The brushes are surprisingly durable. Usually, with these kits, the bristles fall out after one use, but these held up through all four injectors and still look new. For the price, the value is unbeatable—it's easily as good as the kits you'd see for double the price at a shop. ​ If you're reaming seats or just doing a seal change, don't skip this. It makes the job ten times cleaner and much more professional. Proper bit of kit for the money.

The set is good. None of it has fallen apart and cleaned as it should. Can recommend.

Worked as described. Quality was acceptable. Cleaned 4 injector ports and could easily do another 8 before the brushes would wear out. Only thing missing would be a more abrasive seat cutter as this one is very light on burnt on oil/diesel

TAKE NOTE do not buy/ use this product. The handle came separated from the detachable brush on second injector port and fell into the engine through the port. I had to scrap my car because of this product. You will regret using it. Spend more or make your own but take my warning don’t use this !
